Neither CIS nor its employees
shall be liable for damages of any kind which may result from the

Cancellation
We seek to fully satisfy our
customers. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at
800-585-0155. If an order is cancelled before filings have been
made, a refund will be given for the amount paid, less a $35.00
processing fee. Once filings have been made and filing fees have
been paid, any refund shall be at the sole discretion of CIS.
Registered
Agent
For our Tennessee customers
using our registered agent services, you will be billed annually for
registered agent services. On the first anniversary and on all
subsequent anniversaries of your incorporation or LLC formation
date, you will be billed $125.00. This fee may be increased at any
time without prior notice. You must notify us in writing of any
change in your address. CIS is not responsible for any damages
resulting from returned and/or undeliverable mail.

Inc. provides this Privacy Statement to demonstrate its commitment
to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and
dissemination practices for carterincorporation.com.
WHAT PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE
INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?
The customer information that is collected to process your order
might include contact information (name, mailing address, telephone
number, fax number and/or email address); corporate information
(Business name and description of business, information regarding
directors, officers, members, stockholders and registered agent and
information regarding shares of stock and par value); and financial
information (name on account, credit card number and expiration
date), depending upon the nature of your order.
The contact information,
corporate information and financial information from the order form
are used to process your request. The customer's contact, corporate
and financial information is private and confidential. All
information is secured and maintained on-file in our corporate
office in Collierville, Tennessee and is sometimes used to contact
the customer for purposes of completing the services requested by
the customer. Financial information that is collected is used to
bill the customer and this information is not shared with anyone
outside of our company, except the merchant bank for the processing
of credit card orders and the state office to which the requested
documents will be submitted.
Our hosting service logs IP
addresses, browser types and referred logs which is used for
internal purposes only.
We will not sell, rent, or trade
any personal information you provide during ordering. However,
CARTER INCORPORATION SERVICE INC. may release client account
information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is
reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud, enforce or
apply the terms of any of our user agreements or to otherwise
protect the rights, property or safety of CARTER INCORPORATION
SERVICE INC., our customers or other third parties.
SECURE SITE
Order forms submitted are secured using 128 bit SSL encryption from
Microsoft bCentral. Orders are through Microsoft's Commerce
Manager Secure shopping cart. Any e-mail submitted is not
encrypted. If you have sensitive information that you do
not want to send via e-mail, please call us.
YOUR CONSENT
By using our site, you consent to the collection and use of this
information by Carter Incorporation Service Inc. If we decide to
change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page
so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we
use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.
